Welcome to ScriptSmart™ and the RyGuyLabs ecosystem (“Services”). By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or interacting with any RyGuyLabs platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.
You represent that:
Use of the Services constitutes full contractual acceptance.
Automated Extraction
You may not use bots, scrapers, AI crawlers, dataset harvesters, or automation tools to extract: Code, Framework logic, UI architecture, Training methodology, or Data models.
Security Circumvention
You may not attempt to bypass: Watermarks, Obfuscation, Fingerprinting, or Monitoring systems.
Competitive Replication
You may not use Services to: Build competing training products, Replicate proprietary workflows, or Clone interface or logic architecture.
Ownership
All materials are exclusive property of RyGuyLabs, including: Educational frameworks, Written methodologies, UI/UX layout and visual architecture, Styling systems, Background artwork and visual themes, 3D assets and models, Software logic and compiled code, Brand systems and naming structures.
Automatic Copyright Protection
All original works are protected under U.S. Copyright Law immediately upon creation and fixation.
Visual Design Protection
While general design concepts cannot be monopolized, the following are protected: Original visual compositions, Custom UI layouts, Unique styling systems, Graphic assets, Background art, Animation sequences, and Asset combinations forming distinctive expression.
Anti-Derivative Rule
You may not create: Re-skinned versions of applications, Competing training systems derived from methodologies, or Modified clones using structural similarity.
Certain platform elements are maintained as confidential trade secret material, including:
- › Algorithmic scoring logic
- › Proprietary training flow architecture
- › Internal system weighting models
- › Behavioral optimization systems
Unauthorized disclosure or replication is strictly prohibited.
Notice of Financial Liability
Unauthorized commercial replication, scraping, or redistribution may result in liquidated damages where applicable. These damages represent a reasonable pre-estimate of loss including: Loss of proprietary advantage, Security compromise costs, Brand dilution, and Development replacement costs.
07. Refunds
All digital product sales are final except where required by law. Support is provided for access failures and corrupted downloads.
08. User License
You grant RyGuyLabs a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content for marketing, training, and educational use.
09. Warranties
Services provided AS IS. We disclaim all warranties. Results depend on user implementation.
10. Liability
RyGuyLabs is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, business interruptions, or lost profits.
Governing Law
State of Florida, United States
Arbitration
Non-IP disputes → Binding arbitration in Florida
Jurisdiction
IP enforcement → State or Federal Courts in Florida
We may immediately terminate access for: IP violations, Security threats, Fraud, or Platform abuse.
RyGuyLabs reserves the right to pursue: DMCA takedowns, Platform reporting, Search engine removal, Civil litigation, and Injunctive relief.
